Halloween is probably my favorite holiday of the year.  Jon and I got our costumes ready and made a little video for you. 

Here at Xanga, we’re doing a bit of rennovation in the office. A couple of walls will be taken down, so we got a head start on it by tossing hammers into it. Here’s a video of Dan putting some holes in the wall with two hammers.

Also, if you’ve noticed, the Xanga Video player is bigger now! We’ve also increased the quality of the videos on Xanga. Classic users are now able to upload videos as well. During our beta period, there will be no upload/storage limits. Enjoy!

Update:  Recently made a few fixes to Xanga Video.  Those of you who had issues uploading videos with unicode characters in the filename should try uploading again, that issue has been fixed.  Also the comment checkbox on upload now correctly sets the comment options for the video.

Some of you probably have been wondering what this Xanga Video is and how to get it on your site. We are currently beta testing Xanga Video. Only premium users will be able to upload videos for this beta but we will be opening Xanga Video to everyone very shortly!

I watched the fireworks last night along the FDR drive.  The Macy’s fireworks was quite impressive.  Here are some pictures I took.

I just picked up a Nintendo DS Lite and it’s so much better than the old fat DS.  The screen is  much brighter.  Despite the smaller size, it’s still easy to hold and use.

New Super Mario Bros.  Perhaps one of the bests games that I’ve played in a very long time.

I was gone for Memorial Day weekend and left my bike at the office. This is what I found when I came in this morning.

I like the little details, such as the hearts in my spokes.

I’m on a roadtrip with my friend Matt to Chicago so he can pick up a motorcycle. I started my day with a bus ride from New York to Washingtonn DC where Matt lives. We then left DC at 6pm for Chicago.
This was taken shortly after our trip began and posted from my cell. Right now it’s about 3:32am, we’ve been driving for over 9 hours and we’re about an hour from Chicago.
I’ll be in Chicago Saturday and Sunday, then we do it all over again Sunday night, straight back to DC.

Edit:  It’s 5:24am EST, we finally got to my house in Gurnee, IL.  That was a pretty fast drive from DC to here, we made it in under 11 hours.

After hearing the initial response to the new Footprints feature, the one thing that many user requested was to hide their own footprints.  So from now on, you won’t show up on your own footprints page anymore!  Also, I’m working on getting username footprints ready, so look for it soon.

I recently got a new MacBook Pro.  It has a iSight camera built in, which is very cool. During work me and Chris took some pictures of ourselves.
